We have had an excellent winter this year. It's been nice to have snow for a change. The day after Christmas we went snowshoeing at Tahoe Meadows. It's always amazing how ROASTING HOT one gets trekking through the snow. A t-shirt and shorts would be about right, it seems. Bella probably worked the hardest of all of us. It was beautiful. I remember when we moved to Reno I thought the Sierra's were pretty, but not as beautiful as the Wasatch mountains. The Wasatch mountains are spectacular. But now I love the Sierra's as much as the Wasatch mountains. I love having them as my backyard. I love this place.
