The November Catch Up Post

We put our garden to bed at the start of November.  Before the first frost we did a big harvest.  Not going to lie, I love my garden but am always stoked when the first frost comes and the work is over for the year:

 Reno Skies are the best:
Clara and some friend from school discovered the phone and talked for hours and hours one week.  They were planning a play that they were working on at recess.  It took a ton of planning apparently. The novelty died off and they have chilled out, thank heavens:
 speaker phone:
One night I heard a loud crash.  I ran to the office to look out onto the driveway.  A bear was in the knocked over trash can.  I shooed him away.  And like the brilliant person I am, I kept the trash outside and he struck another day too:
Lot's of beautiful frosty morning walks:

Tucker did a presentation on media and manipulation through packaging.  Good stuff:

Clara wanted to go camping really badly.  So there was going to be a campout in the backyard.  But then the wind kicked up, so Clara camped in the basement. She was pleased:

Clara got a haircut:

We pulled out our slides and did a run through.  It was great.  This photo of the photo of us camping was a fav:
My friend Wendy had a wedding anniversary and booked a night at this painting place, but her husband was out of town, so I go to go with her.  It was SO MUCH FUN:
(the painting is tacky, so it went in the trash, but the process of making it was a blast)
 More amazing skies (triple rainbow):
Clara and Tucker has a dog food feud:

Lucy Goes to Redding

In August one of Lucy's buff's, Ellie, moved to Redding.  Lucy got a chance to drive up with some girls in the ward to visit over Halloween weekend.  Looks gorgeous!  She had a great time.  We miss Ellie (and her fam too).

These are the girls she drove up with.  They were visiting Chloe:

A Glorious Fall

I love fall.  I love the browns and reds and oranges and yellows.  I think the bare branches are beautiful.  Anyway, we definitely got out and enjoyed the trails around our house this fall.  Bella and I seriously logged about thirty miles a week.  We are serious walkers, Bella and I.  Courtney came for a couple of days and we got her out on the trails too:
 (This was from Court's visit):
