March Birthdays!

Papa was in town during Tucker's birthday and skiing happened on the little amount of snow.  Because a surprise party was in the works on his actual birthday we went to dinner the night before, telling T that Rob had a work meeting on his birthday.  Dinner was sushi and only one pic was taken.  Drat. On the birthday morning we went up to Las Conchas after opening presents.

The surprise party was a joint celebration with Hannah and Sophia.  Escape Room and dinner in ABQ.

Lucy decorated Clara's room a surprise and I gave her 11 balloons in her car at pick up.  That was very exciting for Carla Sue.  Her birthday of course is on Pi day and she requested Chicken pot pie and pies for her birthday dinner.

Winter odds and ends

Rob had a job offer in Carson City and we flew to Reno.  It was quite the struggle deciding to take it.  In the end he turned them down.  But man oh man it was good to see friends and walk along Thomas Creek and,....  I wonder when Santa Fe will feel like home, because Reno definitely still feels like home.  (3rd of 3 posts today)
Lucy and friend's marched in this years Women's March.
I won I won I won!!!  I won a book from Goodreads.  Oh and I read like a million books this winter.  Twas an awesome break from the news.  And I also deleted FB which was wonderful and gave me time to read a million books.
 I. came to play with Clara.  When left to their own unsupervised devices they built a door for the play house.  It was impressive.
We attempted to watch Dirty Dancing.  It was horrific.  We made it about twenty minutes in before quitting.
Clara played her Of Monsters and Men piece in the school talent show and rocked it.
Lucy voted for the first time in the mayoral race.  Our guy won!

Utah Holiday

Since every single one of the Taylors was in Provo at the same time for the first time in eons Millie took some family pics. (2 of 2 posts today)

A beautiful snowy day with cousins at Brickerhaven.  A hike to the falls in the snow was a treat.

There was a Harry Potter thing was more hype than anything else that we dropped by

We redeemed it with a trip to the Utah Natural History Museum, the highlight being Uncle Tony's collection.

There was a great M.C. Escher show at the MOA
The Greek dinner was DELICIOUS and the dance party was sweaty and great.

New Years Eve was hilariously fun with minute to win it games and a fun name that tune competition.

So glad we got to be all together with everyone over Christmas.  Clara: "I just love Provo so much."
The running with the cousin's goes back for ages.  Tradition is the best.
