Wednesday was a divide and conquer day. The boys got up early and headed to Kawaihai harbor for a scuba adventure. They had a really great time. It seems a little scary to me, but I think next time I'm going to give it a try.
While the boys dived the lady folk headed over to Onomea Bay Botanical Garden. It had been years since we have been and it didn't disappoint. It was so beautiful. It was cloudy when we walked down in, and started to pour on us, so Clara and Tutu took shelter while Lu and I ran to the top to grab some umbrellas. Thank goodness for those umbrellas. They saved us. We had way too much fun with digital macro.
Had fun playing with shutter speed.
After our various adventures Rob and Lucy headed to Puoko for a honu photo shoot with Ian Lindsay. While the other kids and I headed for Hapuna. It was a perfect beach evening. The kids stayed in the water until the sun set. Beautiful night.
For dinner we ate at Village Burger. WHAT? How had we never been eaten there or heard of it. The best fries. The best burgers. The best shakes. So good.
I have way to much fun with time lapse on my phone:
