Pizzeria Seven Twelve

After months of anticipation, Millie's (my cousin) husband, Colton opened up his new restaurant. I am very excited. He is an amazing chef, with better credentials than your average chef, and we are always excited to have him bring a dish to a family picnic. Anyway it is a pizzeria, that uses all fresh and homemade ingredients. Rumor has it they were going to make their own cheese.
We went last night and the food was really amazing. This isn't sodium rich greasy pizza. No, no, no. Fresh, delicious, and the combinations of flavor were great. The salad was unreal, the brussel sprouts were amazing...even the kids liked them. Darn it, I got too into the food to remember to get some pictures of the pizza. My kids loved it, which is unusual. They seem to be pretty picky. I also loved the decor, especially the lights and the artwork. Very cool. Anyway, you must all visit if you get the chance. It is in the big new development called Midtown Village in Orem on State Street.

(The orange in the salad is squash which was very very tasty.)

P.S. I love the Christmas theme on your blog. Katy says I am passionate about holly.

Dad, the holly passion must be genetic, that or else the fact that holly feels very English to me.
