I was up holding a fussy and unhappy baby until three in the morning last night. I think she was teething. I've never experienced this before with teething, but it is normal right? I remember the baby I nannied for screamed all night once due to teething. Fortunately for me I wasn't on duty during the night. No such luck with Clara, though. Usually my kids open up their mouths one morning, happy and refreshed, to reveal a whole row of denture like sparkling little teeth, but Clara is not a happy little camper. All my other kids were addicted to their wassy's (pacifier) but Clara never took to it. She just likes me instead. I wonder if that is what made the difference. Anyway....yaaaaaaaaaaawn!

Ah, poor Anna. I can relate to you at least partially because I still have my share of holding a sad baby until 3 in the morning nights. :) You are so lucky that your other kids teethed so well... you will have to give me lessons :)
Hope it gets better with Clara!
Try those teething tablets at walmart. They are homeopathic (not really my thing) but they really work. They dissolve instantly. Worth a try, being up at 3am is never good! Good luck!
I was going to suggest the teething tablets too. they worked for cash!
OHHH yuck. Are you sooo tired? Poor Clara, my kids all teethed very early so they were still awake anyway- good luck!
Teething is not fun ...nope...not at all!! and how lucky are you that all your kids didn't act like Clara? Both my girls cry, fuss, whine, cling and did I mention cry? I hope she's feeling better! Have a Merry Christmas!
Clara doesn't need any more teeth. She almost took my finger off with two!
