A Winter Wonderland
Yesterday we escaped the valley for a couple of hours. We drove up Little Cottonwood Canyon and went and played in the snow. It was so beautiful and we had such a good time in the deep fluffy snow. Our camera ran out of batteries by the time we found a good sledding hill. Winter isn't all bad when you can get out and enjoy it. I really want a pair of snow shoes now.

That looks so fun! You guys are really great about getting out and enjoying the mountains. We need to do that more.
Clara "can't put her arms down!" That looks like so much fun! Gavin is going to make sure Finn plays in the snow even if that means a trip up the mountains. Maybe we can go with you!
Maren, definitely we should go up the canyon while you guys are here. Bring ski pants for all...including yourself. We must do it!!! It was so fun.
