I can't narrow down the pictures. I tried. And I tried to figure out how to do a Picasa collage, but am way too stuid to figure that out. So here are, once again, a lot of pictures. We drove up to New York and stayed with the wonderful Gibbs family in Westchester. This is where I spent a year of my life as a nanny. I had some great times and it was very exciting to revisit my old haunts. And, as the Gibbs were a large part of that year, it was so great to see them. The Gibbs and Taylor families go way back. In fact I was a toddler at Mike and Linda's wedding. They are family. So it was so great to stay with our Gibbs family, although we missed Chelsea who is at BYU right now. Anyway, after we arrived they took us to Larchmont manor where the sunset was amazing and we got to view Long Island across the sound. Then we ate pizza at Nicky's a place Challey and I liked because of the hot guy that worked there. He still works there, but like me has aged. The pizza was as good as ever. And we taught Lucy how to eat her New York pizza New York style.Sunday, September 19, 2010

So what makes that New York style?
Editing issues, schmediting issues. Bring 'em on! I have been waiting for these posts and am most excited. As you once said, "throw us a bone."
OXO

Excellent pizza. And I didn't even it with a knife and fork! Thanks for the valuable lesson.
that doesn't seem like too many pictures to me. ;)
how fun that you could visit old friends and familiar places. i would love to try some real new york pizza. that picture is making me hungry! :)
I've been loving lurking in on your posts! Makes me yearn for places I love. Oh how I love the east! Wish I were adventuring where you are too.
So where are the rest of the New York blogs?
I'm waiting. And checking every day.

I love it!!!! I can't wait to hear about the rest! And then after you get done, would you mind catching up my blog? I'm just a few months behind.
Dad...I'm going to one of these days. I don't know what happened but I never have time for anything anymore.
DANG! I almost cried a little when I saw the picture of Nicky's. That is my favorite pizza place in the country and is always the first place we have dinner whenever I go home. I miss folding my pizza in half, too, but it's not greasy or fold-able enough here to justify doing it.
And who is this once-hot guy who still works at Nicky's?!
