After the RTO and a quick nap, we went up to Tahoe for a farewell party for the Dunn family who moved (boo, why to do people have to leave). It was a beautiful evening, it is always fun to visit with everyone, and it was nice to take Courtney up so she could appreciate the joy that is Sand Harbor.
Lucy, the bravest of the brave was the first in the frigid water:

After Tahoe we went to our favorite: Lupita's in Incline Village
The sunset was spectacular. Oh how I love Tahoe.

Seriously - diamond sparkles on the water! Good on the brave swimmers - especially Lucy for leading the way.
So pleased that I finally got to experience Tahoe in the summer. August next time?
