Canal Walks

One of the glorious wonders of Utah in the summer is that it cools off every evening and it is a bit of heaven to be outside.  Many many many evening we walked on the newly refurbished canal walk that skirts BYU campus, then up across campus with a pit stop for the loos, then on to the newly refurburbished duck pond/falls and past the creamery where on one occasion we stopped for ice cream.  We got to see ant wars, baby ducks, couples defining their relationships (dtr), and the kids particularly loved walking in the canal.  It is one of the best parts of our trip, those evening walks with the cousins.

I took that walk just this morning and thought of you and the cousins walking in the canal. Your visit was great fun.

qSo glad I got to participate in one. Love evenings in Provo. And seriously love the creamery...I'm still thinking about that half-eaten half-gallon of ice cream in your father's freezer. Oh man.
