Puoko

We had a great time searching for honu, opihi, urchins, sea cucumbers, fish, crabs and more at Puoko. Honus (sea turtles) are supposedly endangered, but we saw so many it was hard to believe that they still are.  I think we saw on this day alone around forty.  I don't ever remember seeing so many, ever and at so many different beaches.

Your life is too amazing! Did you ever dream all those years ago that you would be doing this with your family? I love beach adventures - and all that wildlife! So cool!

Sweet pictures, I'm sad we didn't make it to Puako. Not enough time. Oh well.

Looking for sea creatures is my favorite part of the ocean. I'm glad you had such a good time.
