For Father's Day we surprised Rob with a picnic and hike up neaat Cowles. Such a beautiful spot. Tinfoil dinners and s'mores. I thought I planned so well but forgot utensils to remove the foil dinners from the fire. But we had our clever boys who devised a way to do it. A very fun day. We did it on Saturday because on Sunday we took Clara up to girl scout camp. She had a grand week and was there with her friend. Good stuff.
We were watching Bean who has endless energy and would not stop chasing a ball. In fact when Karen got Bean back Bean had to have dog pain killer because Anders had run her so hard. Basically Bean will go until she drops dead.
